The owners of Tiny Steps Academy holds Various Masters and Bachelors Degrees with a concentration on Early Childhood  Education and have several years of experience in curriculum planning and teaching a Kindergarten program in the school system.
 
Here at Tiny Steps Academy our staff is our greatest asset. They are all trained professionals with expertise in caring and educating young children. They delight in nurturing, cultivating and caring for each child's growth and development and holds Bachelors degrees and Early Childhood Education Diplomas with many years of classroom experience. Our Assistant Teachers possess a certificate from an accredited College, other post secondary education or have several years of experience working with young children. Student teachers work under the direct supervision of qualified staff and receive valuable educational experience while providing additional support in our programs
